Jacob Milligan was the son of Dr. John Milligan (1728 - 1789) of NY and his wife Ann Phenix Milligan.   Together they had several children and became the forefathers for a large clan - some stayed in New York, others settled in SC, then moved across the country.  Lists as we have them will be soon added here.
